Hush Prides itself in producing the highest quality products and providing the best service possible. In the rare event that we make a mistake we want to make sure that the situation is taken care of and you are happy.
Refunds are always handled on a case by case basis and are the discretion of Hush for 30 days. In the event that there is a problem with your order or a Hush product or service we may offer a store credit in place of a refund. Hush reserves the right to charge a processing fee in the event a refund of funds to the payment method is necessary.
In order to obtain support for defective products, please contact our customer service team within seven(7) days of receiving your package. We are unable to offer any credit for complaints after seven(7) days.
If you for some reason receive a product that is defective, please let us know within 7 days, so we can investigate right away. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team and a credit or replacement product will be given when appropriate. Replacement products will only be sent in the case of defective items. Hush reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case by case basis.
Credits that are given will expire after ninety(90) days. Credits will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used one (1) time, if the credit is not used in full, the remaining credit becomes void and Hush will be unable to reissue a new coupon code for the remaining balance.
All of our packages are shipped through a traceable and secure method. In the rare event that a package goes missing or is damaged we will do our best to make the situation right. This includes investigating with the shipping courier, and replacing, crediting, or refunding the order.
In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with an order we may offer the option to return your order. In cases where a product is defective or your order was incorrect, we will cover shipping costs to return the package. If a customer is unsatisfied for reasons other then defective product, We may choose to offer the customer a refund, in this case, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds are subject to the approval of our management team. Bulk orders over 112 grams (of any single strain) are handled on a case by case basis and are not eligable for returns if the item is not deffective. On any purchase under 112 grams, you may be eligable to return your product, if, 95% of the product remains unused and untouched. In the event that multiple of the same item are purchased, we will only be able to issue a refund for unopened items. If an item is opened and is not satisfactory, please do not open the remaining items, please contact customer service right away. Deffective products will be detemined by our management team on a case by case basis, it should be noted that finding seeds in your cannabis products is normal and any reports will not be considered deffective products unless determined by our management team.
In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock or is missing from your order before shipment, we will take steps to contact you to make a change to your order. We will attempt to contact the customer for up to 3 days. On the third day we will make a selection for a replacement product that closest matches the procut you chose. If we fail to make contact with you a refund/credit will not be provided for any replacement items we may choose.
When placing an order with Hush Cannabis Club, payments should be received within 12 hours one of our accepted payment methods. Orders that are unpaid after 12 hours will be automatically canceled. Any canceled order cannot be placed back in processing status.
If a payment comes in after an order is cancelled, the order will remain cancelled and a store credit will be given. A refund will not be provided for late order payments.
Failing to pay for an order more than 1 (one) time can result in a permanent ban from Hush Cannabis Club websites and services. Bans will be determined on a case by case basis by the Hush Cannabis Club management team.
