Do I need An Account?
No account is required to place an order. You can choose to create an account at checkout in order to easily track your orders.
How old do I have to be?
To place an order on our website we require that you are at least 19 years old.

What payment methods do you accept?
My payment was accepted, but my order is still on hold!

How long does it take to accept my payment?
Payments are accepted within 1-4 hours. Sometimes e-transfers can take some time to go through. If you feel there is a problem with your order or payment please don’t hesitate to contact us. On evening and weekends payments may take longer to be accepted, if you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
Do you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately we are only able to accept Interac E-Transfer at this time. We are working hard to bring you more payment options.
Do you accept Credit Cards?
Unfortunately, not at this moment.
How do you ship packages?
All packages are shipped via Canada Post. You will be provided with shipping options and prices at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
*Due to Covid 19 restrictions we are experiencing longer than expected shipping times. To accommodate, we are only shipping packages via express post. Express is $16, unless you spend over $200, then it’s free.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We offer Canada Post to ensure your packages arrive as quickly as you need them!
How do I find my tracking number?
After your package is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. If you create an account on our website you can log in to track current and past orders.
Due to the current heat wave in BC
We are trying our best at Hush to make sure our products are stored and shipped in a promptly matter due to the current climate in British Columbia. Unfortunatley, some of that is out of our control and we cannot insure heat damage won’t affect certain products. We will try to include mini freezer packs along with chocolates and other products that may melt.
Where is my order?
We strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed. Unless otherwise stated your order will ship within 1 business day.
Why is my order on hold?
When an order is placed it is put on hold until we receive the payment for that order. Once the payment is received your order will automatically be marked as processing. Once in processing our warehouse team will pack and ship your order right away.
